I didn't get my activation email

Follow these steps if you're having issues receiving emails from Stratus

If you didn't get your activation, here are a few things to try:

Wait a few minute for delivery

As a general rule, most email is delivered very quickly. However, some providers have faster email delivery rates than others. Depending on which provider you're with, it may take a few minutes for your activation email to arrive. 

Check your spam folder

Many times, emails that come from senders not in your contact list will first go to your spam folder. Check this folder if you don't see it in your inbox

The email will come from noreply@mail.gostratus.io with the subject line of Activate User

Whitelist our email

If your company has an email firewall or spam filter, you may need to whitelist our email address to ensure delivery. Please contact us at support@trystratus.com for further instructions.
