What are dynamic placeholders?

Dynamic placeholders allow you to add a level of personalization to your templates automatically. For example, if you have an invite template that uses the #Business Name placeholder, your business name will automatically be inserted into your Review Invite the next time you choose to send an SMS Review Invite.

The following is a list of the dynamic placeholder options currently available:

Business Name - inserts the name of your business
Location Name - inserts the name of the location you choose when creating a Review Invite
Location Phone Number - inserts the name of the location's phone number
