Duplicating Reply Templates

If you'd like to create a few similar variations of the same template, follow these steps to duplicate you reply templates

Step 1: Go to the Reviews page and click on Replies

Step 2: Find the reply template you'd like to duplicate and click on the Actions Menu Dropdown. Select Duplicate and your template will be duplicated
