Adding your App

Before adding your app, you'll want to ensure the feature is enabled. Reach out to your Stratus rep or email support@trystratus.com to enable this feature

Step 1: Go to Account then click on the Apps tab

Step 2: Click on Connect then select Apple App Store

Step 3: In the popup, paste in the App Store URL and click Check. Note: You can use https://theappstore.org/ to find your app's URL

Step 4: Once your app is found, click on I confirm this is my app checkbox and then click Connect

After processing (which can take a few minutes), your app will be connected

Replying to iOS App Store reviews

Here's how to reply to reviews once your iOS app is connected to Stratus

Step 1: Go to the Reviews page and find an iOS App Store review that you'd like to reply to. Click on Reply

Step 2: In the popup, you can copy a template or go to the Apple App Store to reply. To copy a template, select the template from the dropdown and click on Copy. The text in the message field will be copied to your clipboard

Step 3: Click on Reply on Apple App Store. You'll be taken to the Apple App Store where you can login and reply to the review.
