Recently, GMB has introduced a new type of hours simply called "more" hours. So what's the difference between holiday hours and more hours? A lot, actually. First off, Holiday hours should be used only for specific holidays. "More" hours on the other hand, can be used "If your business provides specific services with differing times, like senior hours, drive through hours, or delivery and takeout hours," according to Google. Here's how to set "more" hours in Stratus:
Step 1: Login to your Stratus account and go to Locations. Click on the location you'd like to edit. Click on the Hours tab
Step 2: Scroll down to More Hours and click on Add Hours
Step 3: Select the type of service hours you want to add
Step 4: Enter the hours you'd like to show for that category
Step 5: Click on Save Changes. Your hours will be saved and will display for selected days of the week and surface to customers on Google Maps and Search.
Adding additional hours
Once you've added your first set of "more" hours, you can add additional categories.
Step 1: Click on the location you want to add additional hours to and click on the Hours tab
Step 2: Scroll down to the More Hours section and click on Add Hours
Step 3: Select the type of service, enter the hours, and click Save Changes
Editing more hours
To edit the additional service hours for your GMB listing, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the location you want to edit and click on the Hours tab
Step 2: Scroll down to the More Hours section and click on the actions dropdown. Select Edit Hours
Step 3: Make your changes and click on Save Changes
Deleting more hours
If you'd like to remove the additional service hours from your GMB listing, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the location you want to add additional hours to and click on the Hours tab
Step 2: Scroll down to the More Hours section and click on the actions dropdown. Select Delete Hours
